“Life is like algebra – it keeps giving you the same exams until you pass.” W. Dyer.
At Soul-utions with an office at Four Branches Therapy & Wellness, I work with adults of all ages and will help guide you along your path of change. Are you struggling with thoughts or behaviors that are keeping you stuck? Do you feel like you keep experiencing the same thing, situations, feelings, thoughts, over and over, asking yourself, “Why does this keep happening to me? Why do I keep feeling this way?”
A Mind/Body/Spirit/Holistic approach is what I use to help you shift and navigate through your struggles. Together we will customize a plan just for you that will nourish your soul. I also, work with family members of those who struggle with addiction and those in active recovery from addiction. The path you’re on is YOUR path; it’s all that you learn from the journey. Soul-utions is my perspective. By using an eclectic, experiential, Mind/Body/Spirit approach, I assist you in getting in touch with your authentic self, restoring hope and healing; shifting your perspective. When we tap into our soul, the solutions follow. I am also trained to provide quality mental health services, as well as providing life-enriching therapeutic interventions through the Four Branches of Courage to Hope for Healing & Growth.
Therapy Services
Traditional Therapy: This option is a structured for a standard therapy session and scheduled for an hour.
Intensive Therapy: This option is scheduled for a longer duration. When a one hour session doesn't provide sufficient time to explore your concerns and troubles, an intensive session might be in order, especially if choosing EMDR. Intensive Session Packages are available for extended periods, from 2 hours; 3 hours and 4 hour packages, in order to dive deeper into your concerns to promote your healing. Please inquire about this option when scheduling.
