You’re feeling foggy and disconnected. Life is overwhelming and you’ve been burned one too many times. You feel stuck and desperate for a change. Depression and anxiety keep coming back, but you’re not sure why. If any of these resonate with you, you don’t have to do this alone.

I am a therapist dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s complexities and reconnect with who they are at their core by providing a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. My goal is to work collaboratively with you to address the challenges you’re facing and guide you toward the healing energy and intelligence already inside you.

My areas of focus include PTSD, depression, anxiety, couples therapy, postpartum depression, spiritual struggles, narcissistic abuse, grief and loss, anger management, and the mind-body connection. I am deeply committed to delivering culturally competent care to individuals of all identities and backgrounds.

I utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Therapy, the Gottman Method, Narrative Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Bowen Family Systems Therapy in my practice, tailoring approaches to meet individual client needs. I offer individual, couple, and family therapy to adults of all ages via Telehealth or in-person services.

The healing process is not an easy one, but you don’t have to do it alone. Let’s work together to deepen your healing and reconnect with who you are.

Credentials:   I graduated with my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Friends University in 2023. I completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy in 2025. I am a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator.
